Targeted openings, patios, and clear sightlines allow indoor and outdoor spaces to merge, connecting the living experience with nature.
The ambience is characterized by clean lines, natural materials such as lime plaster, wood, and stone, and a calm color palette that lends warmth and character to the houses.
The vertical Corten steel elements – some fixed, some movable – make a special architectural statement. As sun and privacy screens, they modulate the light, ensure privacy, and form a harmonious interplay with the landscape and the Sicilian coast.

The philosophy behind “Sicilian Experience” is both simple and consistent: architecture is understood as a conscious attitude. Reduced to the essentials, deeply rooted in place, and precise in execution.
The landscape is part of the architecture. Interior and exterior spaces interact – an invitation to experience the essence of a place in its silence, wildness, and beauty. This holistic experience is made available to our guests.

The six-hectare estate with the two holiday villas lies on a high plateau, nestled between the mountainous ridge of Cassibile and the coastal lines of Noto, Avola and Siracusa.
Just 45 minutes from Catania and 20 minutes from Siracusa and Noto, the property is located in the heart of a region defined by cultural richness, tranquillity and open space.
The vegetation is unmistakably Sicilian: rugged, pristine and powerful. Ancient olive groves, gnarled carob trees, and Mediterranean wild plants define the landscape.
With the changing seasons, the light transforms the surroundings and creates a fascinating play of colours – from the lush greens of spring to warm ochres, terracotta, and sandy earth tones in summer and autumn. This interplay of nature, light and colour gives the place its depth and quiet, striking presence.
ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN
Sicilian architects Mario Cottone and Gregorio Indelicato gained years of experience at renowned international architectural firms.
With their own studio, Cottone + Indelicato, based in Sciacca, they stand for an approach to architecture that celebrates Sicily and respects the landscape.
As cosmopolitans and innovators, they succeeded in translating the vision and wishes of the clients with great skill.
The interior design of the villas was developed in close collaboration with the client, herself an interior architect
