Villa U Mari will be available for rent starting july 2026. The residence offers an unforgettable stay for up to eight guests. The carefully curated design concept blends modern and classic elements.
Villa U Suli, along with a separate guesthouse, will be completed in early 2027 and can be rented from spring 2027. The architectural approach and philosophy remain consistent. Villa U Suli with its guesthouse accommodates six guests.

Villa U MARI is a sculptural retreat.
Minimalist. Bold. Exceptional.
Form, light and colour lend the villa a quiet yet striking presence. Terraces, patios and floor-to-ceiling windows allow interior and exterior spaces to flow seamlessly into one another. Materials and surfaces are deliberately restrained, defined by their tactile quality – refined, natural, timeless.
The building envelope of movable corten steel louvers becomes an architectural statement, filtering light, providing shade and giving structure and depth to the design. The same material also defines the covered outdoor lounge. Inside and out, the palette draws on the characteristic tones of Sicily – reinterpreted in a contemporary way, subtly balanced and in dialogue with the surrounding landscape.

VILLA U SULI

Villa U Suli follows the same architectural style and material concept.
Spacious yet intimate, it offers a living area with large windows framing the panoramic view of the landscape. Two suites with en-suite bathrooms and a library with fireplace provide comfort and warmth for cooler autumn evenings.
The outdoor area includes a large, covered lounge. In addition to the impressive 16 x 4 m pool, the villa also features a sauna.
Dependance Villa U SULI

The guesthouse of Villa U Suli – about 100 metres from the main house – is a versatile space for two people, featuring a bedroom, bathroom, and terrace. It offers magical privacy with views over the Cassibile promontory.
Thanks to a fold-out bed, the guesthouse can be used flexibly – as a studio or open space with many possibilities.
